DIGITAL BANKING CONVERSION – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Access to the all-new digital banking experience

Central Pacific Bank has launched an all-new digital banking platform that features smart services, an attractive design, and stronger security. There’s never been a better time to do your banking, without actually having to go to the bank.

Here’s what you need to know before logging in.

Access

Already enrolled? - If you’re already enrolled in digital banking, there will be no need to re-enroll.

Mobile App -If you’re currently using the CPB mobile banking app, you will need to download the new app, which will be available on Apple Store and Google Play.

Login and Password

In the new platform, your current online banking login ID and password will provide you digital banking access through the browser AND the app.

  • You should not need to reset your current login and password, but if you have trouble, please use the Forgot Password feature from the login page.
  • If you previously set up a password specifically for mobile banking login, you will no longer use that password to login through the mobile app. Instead you will use the same password that you created for online banking (browser) login.

Mobile App

If you are an existing mobile banking app user, you will need to download the new mobile application from the Apple Store or Google Play.
