Cherry Technologies offers payment plans to patients of dental and medical providers. We’ve partnered with them to help our valued business customers treat their patients who normally may not be able to pay for their treatments.
Use our provider locator to find a provider near you. If your current provider doesn’t offer Cherry payment plans yet, ask them about it.
Cherry services your account separately.
Find a Cherry provider, apply on their website or in the office. You will need a mobile phone, a government-issued ID, and a debit card.
Absolutely! If you keep your account current, you may redeem the remaining balance. For example, if you’re approved for $1,000 and only use $500, you may go back and use the remaining $500 as long as you continue to make payments on time.
Also, by establishing a good borrower history with Cherry and paying your contracts off completely, you can make your full approval amount available again.
Yes, CPB Dental Patient Financing, powered by Cherry, may report the status of our borrowers’ accounts to Equifax, one of the major credit bureaus.
Once you have a contract with Cherry, they may report repayment information about your account to the consumer reporting agencies. Contracts that are marked as delinquent may have a negative impact on your credit score.
Cherry contracts that are older than 60 days are ineligible for refunds through the Cherry platform.
To request a refund, please contact the merchant where you used Cherry to make a purchase.
Cherry defers to the refund policies put in place by our partner merchants and cannot initiate a refund without merchant approval.
Once the merchant authorizes a refund Cherry will deposit the refunded amount (full or partial) into your account. Your Cherry account status and contract balance are adjusted accordingly.
If a partial refund is issued, your contract amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your contract will be returned to you.
If you have a complaint regarding the goods, services, installation of your items, or to request a cancellation or a return, please contact the merchant directly to inquire about the status of your items.
You are required to make payments on your contract until the issue is resolved.
You can change your payment due date once during the life of your loan by visiting the Patient Portal and selecting Change Due Date.
Please note that your Cherry account must be current at the time to be eligible to change your payment due date once during the life of your loan.
No! Your account will not be charged any fees or penalties if you pay early.
Also, if you pay off your account before the final payment is due, you won’t pay any interest that would accrue over the rest of the contract, saving you money.
Cherry's support line is staffed Monday through Friday from 6am HST until 6pm HST (excluding holidays) on the weekdays. Saturday hours are from 6am HST to 4pm HST and Sunday hours are 7am HST to 12pm HST. If you can’t reach one of their customer service representatives, please leave a message and they'll get back to you as soon as they can.
