The CPB Lanai

We will construct an indoor-outdoor lanai on the ground floor of Central Pacific Plaza at the corner of South King and Alakea Streets. “The CPB Lanai” will serve as a vibrant community space with outdoor seating, a performance stage and retail space.

Our vision is for Central Pacific Plaza to be a bright spot and gathering place in the downtown Honolulu community where the public, our customers and employees can connect and share ideas and experiences.

We will upgrade the functionality of our online banking and mobile banking services to enhance your digital experience. These applications will also include financial management and educational tools to help you gain greater understanding and confidence in managing your finances.

New ATMs

We will replace our entire branch ATM fleet with new branch ATMs that feature advanced functionalities, including fully automated deposit capabilities with better availability for your deposited items to make life more convenient and easier for customers. We will also replace our entire non-branch ATM fleet.

The CPB Lab

The CPB Lab

In another section of our Main Branch, we will build a prototype branch model that will feature the latest banking technologies. The “CPB Lab” will serve as a platform to continually improve customer service at our branches and digital network.

Co-Working Space

We will build flexible co-working spaces in a section of our Main Branch that we will make available to our customers and non-profit organizations. This will be of particular benefit to the community as meeting spaces in Honolulu are at a premium.

cpb.bank

We will be redesigning our website to enhance user experience and content relevancy under a new domain name, “cpb.bank.” The “.bank” domain will provide you — our customers — with even greater security and protection for online banking transactions and communications.

Only verified banks can register a “.bank” domain, which has a higher level of security than other commercially available domains, such as “.com” and “.net”. We will be migrating our current website to the new “cpb.bank” domain in the coming months.
