Our highest priority is keeping our customers, employees, and community safe. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure our systems remain online and our branches remain prepared.

Current Operational Status

Branch Operations: All branches are currently operating under normal business hours unless noted below. Any weekend branch closures or altered operating hours will be posted here as soon as decisions are finalized.

Digital Banking & ATMs: Online banking, the CPB Mobile App, and ATM networks remain fully operational statewide. We encourage customers to utilize digital channels for everyday transactions.
Branch Hours & Closure Updates
- Island of Oahu: All locations operating normally.
- Hawaii Island: The Kona Branch is scheduled for standard hours. Operational updates for Saturday will be posted by Friday afternoon. The Hilo Branch remains closed on Saturdays (standard schedule).
- Maui County: Kahului Branch is currently scheduled for standard hours. Saturday updates will be confirmed Saturday morning. All other Maui locations remain closed on Saturdays (standard schedule).
- Kauai: Lihue Branch operating normally.
