HONOLULU, HI (July 30, 2025) – Central Pacific Bank (CPB) is pleased to announce that Pualeinani Patton has joined the bank as its new Senior Business Banking Officer. Patton, who is based in West Oahu, will be responsible for working closely with small business clients, helping them grow their operations to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Patton is a dedicated financial professional with a strong commitment to service and community. Her diverse career spans roles in banking, financial services, fintech, and community service at home and abroad.
“I’m so excited and humbled to be joining the Central Pacific Bank ‘ohana!” said Patton. “CPB has such a strong reputation for truly caring about our local businesses—not just helping them grow, but supporting the people behind them in real, meaningful ways. It means so much to be part of a team that shares my heart for community and is deeply rooted in the place I call home.”
Most recently, Patton served as the Project Manager for the Financial Readiness Program at Parlay Finance, a mission-driven fintech company focused on helping community lenders approve more small business loans. There, she led workshops on access to capital and provided one-on-one guidance to entrepreneurs, strengthening their financial readiness and developing plans for sustainable growth.
Patton and her family spent the last five years stationed with the U.S. Army in South Korea. During her time abroad, she dedicated herself to serving the military community, volunteering with the American Red Cross and Soldier/Family Readiness Groups. She organized events that assisted families in navigating life in a foreign country, connecting them with local resources and building bridges between the U.S. military and the Republic of Korea. Through these efforts, she found deep purpose in creating community and support systems overseas.
Throughout her career, Patton has held leadership roles at banks and financial institutions, always prioritizing personalized support for her clients and the small businesses she served. Originally from Hawaii, she is incredibly proud to return home and bring her extensive experience and passion for community building to Central Pacific Bank. As a Senior Business Banker, she’s excited to serve the small businesses that power our islands and be part of a team that uplifts Hawaii from the ground up.
