CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK’S BANK REFERRAL PROGRAM

1) ELIGIBILITY: The Central Pacific Bank’s (“CPB”) Referral Program (“Program”) is open to legal U.S. residents of the State of Hawaii, eighteen (18) years of age or older. This Program is void where prohibited and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participants must have a valid Hawaii Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID or Passport and prove Hawaii residency prior to participating.
Businesses and other entities are prohibited from entering the Program. Employees of CPB, its parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, along
with members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Program.

2) SPONSOR: Sponsor of this Program is Central Pacific Bank (“CPB”), 220 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96813, Member FDIC.

3) HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Program begins at 12:00am (HST) on April 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (HST) on September 25, 2026 (the 
“Program Period”). To enter the Program, during the Program Period:

3a) To receive the referral bonus, a referrer must complete the following required activities: 

(i) Share their unique referral link during the Promotion Period; and

(ii) Have an existing CPB Checking account at the time the referred member opens their CPB Checking account.

3b) To receive the referral bonus, a referred customer must complete the following required activities: 

(i) Use the referral link to successfully open a new CPB Checking account during the Promotion Period. Existing or past 
customers are not eligible to receive a referral bonus; and

(ii) make at least one (1) debit card Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction within 60 days of account opening.

3c) Once the referrer and the referred customer have completed all required activities, CPB will:

(i) Credit the referrer a one-time cash bonus of $20 into their CPB Checking account if the referred member opens a 
Shaka Checking or Value Checking account, or credit the referrer a one-time cash bonus of $50 into their CPB 
Checking account if the referred member opens an Exceptional Checking account; and

(ii) Credit the referred customer a one-time cash bonus of $20 into their new account if a Shaka Checking or Value Checking account is opened, or credit the referred customer a one-time cash bonus of $50 into their new account if an Exceptional Checking account is opened.

By clicking “Share Link” and sharing your link with your friend or family, you agree that you have express consent to send the promotional messages about CPB's products and services. Only one referral bonus per new customer.

Bonus payments will be credited to the referrer and the referred customer’s respective CPB Checking accounts within sixty (60) business days following confirmation by CPB that all required activities have been completed by the referrer and referred customer.

For joint accounts, any account holder is eligible to participate in this offer. However, only one referral bonus will be paid per new customer, regardless of the number of account holders on an account or the number of accounts or products the new customer opens. Each referrer may receive only one referral bonus per referred customer.

Any payments that are not claimed within 180 days of the date the funds have been made available because either the bank account or required 
tax information have not been provided are subject to forfeit.

CPB reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any referral it deems incomplete, incoherent, illegible, inappropriate or 
abusive. Referrals generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subvert the referral process are void.

CPB is not responsible for referrals which are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be
completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, regardless of cause. CPB is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any referrer's or
other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Program, including
any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any kind. CPB does not assume any responsibility to monitor or police comments, postings, and/or photographs supplied in relation to the Program.

4) MAXIMUM REFERRAL BONUS: In no event will any referrer or recipient be entitled to receive more than $10,000 in cumulative referrals under
the Program within any calendar year. Referral Bonuses are each considered miscellaneous income to the recipient and may be reported to the
IRS on Form 1099-MISC (or Form 1042-S, if applicable). CPB reserves the right to change or terminate the offer at any time without notice.

5) TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Program, each referrer agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions
of CPB. Each referrer agrees that this Program is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings related to the Program shall take place solely in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a condition of entering the Program,
each referrer agrees that a) under no circumstances will a referrer be permitted to obtain awards for, and each referrer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or any referral bonus awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred excluding in all cases any and all attorney fees incurred by an referrer. CPB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program if it is not capable of running as planned. CPB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Program, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized
intervention, counterfeiting, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond CPB’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Program. CPB reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the referral process or the operation of the Program, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or any laws, or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, multiple social media accounts, or any other unfair
playing practices, poor sportsmanship, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants or CPB’s representatives. CPB
reserves the right to terminate or modify these Official Rules at any time, without cause or prior notice, and to interpret these Official Rules and
make decisions regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

6) INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: Your participation in the Program is solely as an independent contractor. Neither you nor CPB intend to establish an employment relationship, and you are not entitled to any employment benefits. CPB may require completion of a W-9 Form prior to payment of any referral bonus.

7) NON-SOLICITATION: By participating in the Program, you agree not to participate in any other solicitations for CPB checking products. Other
than as set forth herein, you agree not to compensate or accept any compensation from applicants whom you refer to CPB for the Program
described above. Each person referred should be someone you have a direct, personal relationship with. You may not distribute a Referral Link or
otherwise solicit anyone through mass email, any form of commercial advertising or other similar means. You further agree that your activities will
be limited to referring potential customers as described above, so they may independently decide whether to apply. You may not collect information from eligible recipients under the Program, assist with filling out an application, or discuss specific product terms.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in soliciting referrals. Eligible referrers may not purchase internet search terms or publicly
advertise CPB’s products or name in any fashion. Further, any distribution of a program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or
“spam,” any content which impersonates or implies an affiliation with or endorsement by CPB or any CPB subsidiary, or any actions which otherwise
violate any terms or conditions imposed by CPB, or that CPB determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent in nature, are prohibited and will be
grounds for immediate termination from the Program. We will not honor referral payments for referrals which are generated using any of the
foregoing means.

Furthermore, CPB reserves the right to seek reimbursement from any customer of amounts paid as referral bonuses to customers solicited via
mass solicitation. Please note that in certain circumstances the deduction of such amounts from their account may result in a negative balance.

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Program, each referrer thereby agree to release and hold harmless CPB and each of their parent
companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and Program agencies, affiliates of any of the foregoing, and all of their respective agents,
representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any claim or liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages
of any kind to persons, including death and property damage sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the creation of an referral, including without limitation any and all claims for copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, violation of the right of privacy or publicity or defamation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the referrals, if applicable, or participation in the Program or participation in any Program or related activity.

9) PRIVACY POLICY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the privacy policy stated on CPB’s website. To read the privacy policy,

is not, under any circumstances, permitted to be shared with referral promoters
