Join our expert-led panel discussion about Bill 7 eligibility and incentives, project financing and more. The Zoom webinar will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (HST).

Bill 7 is a temporary program to accelerate the construction of affordable apartment rental housing by providing building code variances and developer incentives.

Mr. Camp is a member of the AIA, ULI & USGBC and a licensed architect in Hawaii, California, Nevada, and Guam. Mr. Camp is also a LEED AP, WELL AP and an A.E.E. registered C.E.M. – Certified Energy Manager. Over the last two decades he has completed a multitude of award-winning high density residential, mixed-use retail and commercial office projects throughout the West Coast and Hawaii.

His loan transactions include financing purchases or refinancing of multi-family, retail and industrial properties throughout the State. He is well-versed in construction financing for commercial projects. Currently, he is working with several Bill 7 developers in the planning stage of their projects.
