Simply log on to your Central Pacific Bank Online Banking account and tell us:

  • Who to pay
  • When to pay
  • How often to pay (one time payment or at regular intervals)
  • How much to pay

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

All you need to be eligible is a Central Pacific Bank checking account, a U.S. address, and access to Online Banking. Learn more about Online Banking.

HOW MUCH DOES BILL PAY COST?

There is no charge to use Bill Pay.

HOW DO I START USING BILL PAY?

It's easy to sign up for our Bill Pay service:

  1. If you are not a Central Pacific Bank customer, stop by any one of our branches to open a checking account.
  2. Sign up for Online Banking and Bill Pay.
  3. Log on to your Online Banking account and click on the “Bill Payments” tab.
  4. Follow the easy enrollment instructions on screen**.
  5. If approved, you can start using Bill Pay.
  6. Set up your payee and payment information and you're done!

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR EBILLS?

Signing up for eBills is easy.

  • Login to Online Banking and then Bill Pay by clicking on the "Bill Payments" tab. If you are not an Online Banking customer, you can enroll now!
  • Click on the "Get Bill" icon next to the payee (biller) that delivers eBills.
  • Enter in your account information.
  • Your eBill will be delivered securely to your bill pay account during your next billing cycle.
  • Confirm your eBill activation when you see the Bill icon
