Simply log on to your Central Pacific Bank Online Banking account and tell us:

- When to pay
- How often to pay (one time payment or at regular intervals)
- How much to pay

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
All you need to be eligible is a Central Pacific Bank checking account, a U.S. address, and access to Online Banking. Learn more about Online Banking.
HOW MUCH DOES BILL PAY COST?
There is no charge to use Bill Pay.
HOW DO I START USING BILL PAY?
It's easy to sign up for our Bill Pay service:
- If you are not a Central Pacific Bank customer, stop by any one of our branches to open a checking account.
- Sign up for Online Banking and Bill Pay.
- Log on to your Online Banking account and click on the “Bill Payments” tab.
- Follow the easy enrollment instructions on screen**.
- If approved, you can start using Bill Pay.
- Set up your payee and payment information and you're done!
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR EBILLS?
Signing up for eBills is easy.
- Login to Online Banking and then Bill Pay by clicking on the "Bill Payments" tab. If you are not an Online Banking customer, you can enroll now!
- Click on the "Get Bill" icon next to the payee (biller) that delivers eBills.
- Enter in your account information.
- Your eBill will be delivered securely to your bill pay account during your next billing cycle.
- Confirm your eBill activation when you see the Bill icon
