Central Pacific Bank Appoints Ryan Shiroma to Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act Officer

HONOLULU, HI | December 18, 2019 – Ryan Shiroma joins Central Pacific Bank
(CPB) as Vice President and Bank Secrecy (BSA) Act Officer. In his new role,
Shiroma is responsible for the administration, monitoring, and ongoing
improvement of the BSA and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. He is also
responsible for ensuring the bank is in compliance with BSA and Office of Foreign
Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.


Shiroma was previously the BSA officer at Finance Factors, Ltd. and served as a
senior cash management officer at CPB. He has over 25 years of experience in the
financial services industry.


Shiroma is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Management, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
(CAMS).
