CPB is #1 on Forbes Best-In-State Banks 2022 list

HONOLULU, HI (June 30, 2022) – Central Pacific Bank (CPB) was named the best bank in Hawaii on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Banks 2022. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on June 21, 2022 and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.

Forbes and its research partner, Statista, identified the best state banks based on an independent survey of approximately 26,000 U.S. consumers who were asked to rate banks where they have, or previously had, a checking account. They were also asked if they would recommend their financial institution to friends and family. 

Participants made recommendations regarding overall satisfaction and also assessed banks in the following areas:

  • Branch Services,
  • Customer Service,
  • Digital Service,
  • Financial Advice,
  • Terms and Conditions, and
  • Trust.

Based on the results of the independent study, CPB is proud to be recognized on the top of Forbes list of Best-In-State Banks 2022 for Hawaii.
