Swell new look
The CPB rebrand begins with a contemporary new logo that reflects our mid-century origination yet looks forward with confidence and simplicity. Whimsical illustrations, vibrant hues, and playful patterns symbolizing unique Hawaii themes reinforce the bank’s warmth and humanity.
Unscripted voices from actual customers are used to tell simple stories further demonstrating why CPB is “where people like banking.”
New wave of self-service offerings
Our smart digital banking tools enable you to link nearly all your accounts in one place, so you can see your full financial picture. Plus, functions such as budgets and goals are at your fingertips so you can make informed decisions about your money.
The CPB mobile app provides quick access to money management features so you can bank on the go. From the app home screen, you can transfer money, review deposits, make payments, manage debit cards and more. You can also fully open a personal deposit account or loan online, or choose to schedule an appointment for personalized help.
Cash and check deposits at branch ATMs are even easier now that there is no slip, no envelope and no math involved. Insert your funds and the ATM will calculate your deposit right on screen. $5, $20, $50, and $100 denominations are available at all branch ATMs and other select locations.
Attractive ATMs with advanced features
Our fresh ATMs now feature our friendly characters, like the Ae‘o, an endangered Hawaiian stilt water bird, and humpback whale, a frequent island visitor.
The new machines are smart too! Depositing cash and checks at branch ATMs is even easier because there is no deposit slip to fill out, no envelope, and no math involved. Insert your funds and the ATM calculates your deposit right on screen. Our ATM deposit times are extended so you can receive same-day credit on deposits made by 8:00 p.m. HST on business days (excluding holidays). The deposit cutoff time at most other banks is 6:00 p.m. HST.

We are regularly providing solutions to improve your banking experience and will update this space to share our latest digital banking enhancements. For example, we recently upgraded your ability to view ATM, mobile, and branch deposits by clicking on the View Deposit Slip link that appears with your deposit transactions.
Dynamic hub to cultivate connections
Our reimagined Central Pacific Plaza lobby has been fully reconstructed to create an open gathering space with a wrapping atrium and lanai. The restyled corner of South King and Alakea streets is a dynamic hub offering indoor and outdoor areas for nurturing relationships or taking a mindful moment, and reinforces our ideals of providing value to our customers.
Within the lobby is our redesigned Flagship Main Branch, the center of our work to improve banking for our customers. Main Branch is the first in our network to enhance in-person banking by optimizing digital solutions and leveraging flexible spaces to effectively support our customers.
Tidepools is where big ideas come to life
Tidepools is an engaging work environment that inspires dreaming big and turning plans into actions. It offers bookable workspace for small business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders and community professionals to create and collaborate. The nearly 1,100 square feet of workspace features open seating, special rooms to make private phone calls, and reserved conference rooms equipped with teleconferencing capabilities.
When the day calls for a break, guests can grab a bite and a beverage from Hawaii’s first Starbucks Pickup and Aloha Beer Company.
